Using maps to understand charging-station distribution
Maps and tables present charging-station data in different ways. ENTREV is an example of a WebGIS for this infrastructure.
An interactive map can help users locate public electric-vehicle charging stations (SPKLU), understand their distribution, and review how locations relate to one another. It complements lists and tables, which remain useful for searching and checking individual records.
In 2025, CST developed the ENTREV WebGIS for the Directorate General of Electricity. The application is available at webgis-ketenagalistrikan.site.
The choice between a map and a table depends on the task. Maps support spatial review, while tables make it easier to search and compare attributes. Used together, they can support infrastructure planning and management.
