Privacy policy

This notice explains how PT Cakrawala Synergy Tech ("CST", "we") processes personal data through cakrawalasynergy.tech. It is written with reference to Indonesian Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP).

The text is still awaiting review by the company’s legal counsel before it is treated as final.

Data processed on this site

If you send the contact form, we process:

• your name
• your email address
• an organisation name, if you provide one
• a phone number, if you provide one
• the topic and the message
• the time of the consent you give
• IP address and browser type, for the security of the form

We do not ask for a national identity number, tax number, financial data, health data, or biometrics through this public site.

Purpose and basis

The purpose is to respond to the enquiry or the request for collaboration you send. The basis is the consent given on the form. You may withdraw consent by writing to the email above. Withdrawal does not undo processing that was already lawful.

Mailbox

A message may arrive in the office mailbox (office@cakrawalasynergy.tech), which runs on Hostinger’s email service. In that role the email provider processes the message on our behalf.

Cookies

The site uses a session cookie required to keep the form secure and — only if someone signs in to the admin panel — to keep that session. The choice on the information banner is stored in the browser’s local storage, not as a tracking cookie.

There is no third-party analytics, advertising pixel, or marketing cookie at this stage. Detail is in the cookie policy.

Map

The portfolio globe uses MapLibre GL JS, with its script served by this website. Map tiles are requested from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org), and elevation tiles from Mapterhorn (tiles.mapterhorn.com). Those requests include the tile coordinates being viewed, not the visitor’s GPS location; this site does not request geolocation permission. The globe shows general project locations without individual facility points.

This site also links to the WebGIS application and partner websites. When you follow those links, you leave the CST site and are subject to each provider’s privacy policy.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. The contact form is not sent to an artificial-intelligence service. Access is limited to people who need to reply.

Retention

Contact messages are kept for at most 24 months, then deleted or anonymised, unless the message becomes an agreement that the law requires us to keep.

Security

The admin panel is protected by a password, a limit on sign-in attempts, and optional two-factor authentication. No method of storage is free of risk.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, and object to certain processing, where that does not conflict with a legal duty we hold. Write to office@cakrawalasynergy.tech. We may ask for enough information to confirm the request comes from the person concerned.

You may also complain to the authority responsible for personal-data protection.

Children

This site is not directed at children. Do not send a child’s personal data through the form.

Other systems

The company’s internal panels are not part of this public site. If further processing is introduced later — for example document uploads on an internal system — it will be explained in a separate notice before that data is collected.

Changes

A material change will be visible from the date at the top of this page.
